Corona Situation

Hello Together

Currently it is snowing full throttle at 1000m.a.s.l. in the village of Engelberg. Fucking awesome! 😉

The Titlis glacier is already well snowed in, the glacier slopes incl. Rotegg to Stand are open in good weather and very easy to ski. Even the first tracks in Steinberg to Trübsee have been made in the last days!

As you know, these are difficult times to plan ahead. Herewith I want to inform you about the current “Covid status” of the Pre-Season Camp:

Basically:

Staying flexible is the order of the day. I expect that we can run the camps as planned, as long as you stay healthy.

We can stick to all the guidelines which are currently in force.  How the regulations will look like in a month, we do not know yet.

We will keep the groups very small (max 6 people, average 3-4). Keeping a distance in the mountains is very easy to do. I try to divide the groups in advance according to levels to avoid large groups. In the lifts, infrastructures and wherever the required distance cannot be maintained, we wear masks.

Covid- Special AGB’s:

We have adapted the general booking conditions to the current situation:

Engelberg guarantees a free cancellation of your booking (hotels, train tickets, restaurants, activities) until 48h before arrival:

– official restrictions on travel to Engelberg or back to your home town

– official restrictions of the booked tourist businesses or activities in Engelberg

– in case of a Covid19 suspected case in the travel group with medical certificate

This means that if you cannot come because of Corona stuff, we will refund 100% of the course fee. The same should also apply to the hotel. (ask again if necessary).

We still have the last free places available. So if you know someone who wants to come, he/she can still register now.
